Haze is a movement and performance director specializing in movement and choreography for visual media and live performance.
Beginning with ballet, my background includes jazz dance, street dance and choreography. My practice holds respect for the Black cultural origins of street dance and engages with these lineages thoughtfully and ethically.
My approach to movement direction bridges choreography and expressive movement, using presence, pose, body language, and gesture to communicate character, emotion, and intention within visual and narrative-driven contexts.
My journey began in the underground street dance scene and expanded into theater, film, commercial and modeling work. Living and working across South Korea, the Philippines and the United States has shaped my sensitivity to individual stories and embodied experience. Through my work, I seek to create movement that offers comfort, empowerment and emotional resonance while supporting artists in expressing their voices with honesty.
