I’m Haze, a choreographer and movement director specializing in movement and choreography for visual media and live performances.

Rooted in deep explorations of Street Dance, Jazz Dance and choreography, my practice is grounded in respect for the Black cultural origins of street dance and a responsibility to engage with these lineages thoughtfully and ethically. My approach to movement direction bridges choreography and expressive movement, emphasizing presence, pose, body language, and gesture as tools. I’m captivated by how movement communicates character, emotion, and intention - especially within visual and narrative-driven contexts.

My journey began in the underground street dance scene and later expanded into theater, film and commercial and modeling work. Living and working across South Korea, the Philippines and the United States has shaped my perspective and sensitivity to individual stories and embodied experiences. Through my work, I seek to create movement that offers comfort, empowerment and emotional resonance while supporting artists in expressing their own voices with honesty.
